Petly allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Petly account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@petly.md
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include your registered email address used with Petly

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be deleted:

• User account information (such as name, email address, and phone number)
• User profile and pet-related information
• Booking and service history associated with the account

Data Retention

Some transactional or payment-related records may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes as required by applicable laws.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
